Refund Policy

To submit a return or exchange request, please email us at giftshop@fastlanecars.com or call us at (636)940-9969 and please provide your order number.


Returns:
•    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of delivery
•    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
•    Original shipping costs are non-refundable
•    Sale items, promotional items, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds
•    Certain items, as indicated on the item listing, are not returnable
•    No international returns
•    Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and the customer will then be notified if the refund is approved or denied
•    Refunds will be added back to the original form of payment, we do not issue store credit
•    Returned item(s) must meet the conditions below to be approved for a refund


Apparel items must be unwashed and unworn. Other items must be unused and unopened in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.


Exchanges:
•    Exchange requests must also be submitted within 30 days of the date of delivery 
•    Only apparel items can be exchanged, we do not offer exchanges on diecast, metal and neon signs, or other collectibles and memorabilia
•    Within the exchange request, customer must specify the item and size of the item they are requesting instead
•    Items are subject to availability
•    Customer is responsible for shipping costs
•    Any price differences will be invoiced to the customer
•    Item(s) may only be exchanged on an order once
•    No international exchanges


In the event a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, Fast Lane Classic Cars will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us and provide your order number and photos of the item(s) for review.


Fast Lane Classic Cars will only replace items that are deemed incorrect or defective after review and reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, and refunds.
